First time here. NY strip steak was VERY fatty. Asked for medium and it came out well. Burger was okay, cooked good. Meatballs were delicious, definitely recommend. Drinks were average. Atmosphere was great, place was very clean. Server was amazing. Overall for the food we got it was pretty over priced.
As a first time visitor to Traverse City, this restaurant was recommended to my family and I. We went for a late bite to eat around 9pm. The hostess was very friendly and seated us right away. Our waitress was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. We ordered some drinks that came out quickly and some appetizers that came out shortly after. I got the salmon bites which was a good portion. I didn’t particularly like the sauce that was drizzle on it but overall the dish was fresh. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, but I would try other restaurants in Traverse City before returning.
Me and my husband had a great time for our anniversary. We've never been to The Tasting Room before, we are from Detroit but we definitely will be back. The food was great, drinks delicious, and Debbie N was great. Shes definitely a gem warm and welcoming. If anyone reads this and ever go hopefully she's there. Thank you Debbie N.
Start to finish - fantastic! Meatball appetizer, Alaskan Halibut and Fusilli al Blue w/prime filet were all delectable! Then for dessert - the Dubai Chocolate cheesecake melts in your mouth! If we lived in the area, we would be back again to try more of the menu items! Everything sounds, looks and are aromatically delicious!
Absolutely amazing food, drinks, and service. This place personifies fine dining and not a single thing betrays the price point. The filet, the lobster, the crab, and the best part hands down; the beef wellington bites. Our server Abby was the best and beyond patient and I would recommend this place immediatly to anyone looking for a beautifully crafted dinner.
